BSF-B Series vacuum membrane press is designed for pre-heating and thermoform solid surface materials (CORIAN, HI- MACS, STARON, Hanex, Avonite, Krion, etc ) and other thermoplastic such as acrylic, PVC.

Additional to normal vacuum press, it has a air press system controlled by four strong Cylinder. So it is also suitable for two-side muching moulding.

Description

The BSF-B vacuum membrane press has three functions: a pre-heating oven using for heat the material, vacuum membrane press system using for vacuum thermoforming, air press system using for two-side muching moulding.

It is suitable for pressing complicated and deep 3D thermoformed Solid Surface shapes like bowls and sinks.

 -  Touching type pre-heating oven (optional hot air heating type), maximum heating temperature 200℃

 -  PLC automation system operated by touchscreen display. The software offers fully-manual control and

automatic production mode by time or temperature

 -  Industrial 60 m³/h oil free vacuum pump

​

 -  Structure made from welded 304 stainless steel

​

 -  The pre-heating oven is opened by PLC control system

​

  -  Heating plate made from high quality anodized aluminum, two-side powered regardless of the temperature

​

 -  3mm thickness high-quality silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, can be used between -40℃-240℃

​

 -  The work table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves

​

 -  Silicone membrane frame and air press system controlled by four strong Cylinder, The vertical

     lifting/lowering system of the membrane frame prevents materials from sliding over the mould

     while closing the membrane frame and offers access from all sides, which is particularly important

     when pressing large, complicated 3D shapes.
